Signal processing and data analysis

DAQORE Studio provides powerful signal processing and data analysis capabilities for your IIoT applications. Frequency analysis (FFT) and many custom algorithms turn this native software into a powerful tool for engineers and data scientists. Plot widgets enable to zoom into every detail of your data. Custom integrations connect our application to your IIoT infrastructure.

DAQORE Studio application
DAQORE Studio enables to open live data streams, analyses logged data and exports selected machine data or live data during measurements.
DAQORE Studio with thermal imaging
Frequency analysis using accelerometers or thermal camera images are made possible in real-time, for instance, as DAQORE Studio provides data streams with sampling rates up to 25.6 kHz.
DAQORE Studio export manager
DAQORE Studio imports and exports metrics of various machines, measurement devices and sensors while keeping track of related meta data such as identifiers, data types, logging intervals or SI units.

Basic features

  • Native application for Windows and macOS (64 bit operating systems)
  • Analysis methods such as normal distribution and FFT in real-time
  • Plot widgets for historical data and live data streams with point clouds, line and bar graphs as well as orbit plots

DAQORE integration

  • Plug-and-play sensor integration and live data streams with up to 25.6 kHz sampling rate
  • Digital filters including band pass, high pass, low pass, notch, and single pole low pass
  • Data exports during active measurements

IXON Cloud integration

DAQORE Studio uses the various API endpoints of IXON Cloud to load configured devices, process logged sensor data and provide live data streams.

  • Two-factor authentication
  • Multi-company sessions (compare multiple devices and their machine data of various companies)
  • Threshold filters for the plot widgets
  • Export manager (CSV, JSON, XLSX)
  • Time-synced drag and zoom of signals for various machines and sensors
  • Message list

Roadmap

  • Nelson Rules based detection of out-of-control/non-random conditions for process-control
  • Correlation Finder to automatically spot hidden correlations in your machine data
  • Data labeling to turn logged data into training data for external AI systems
